Terms
By using Pull you agree to the following. Draft terms for the preview; they will be replaced before launch.
01What this is
Software that lets anyone launch a coin on pump.fun (Solana), or register one they already launched there, as a card strategy. The coin's creator fees are locked through pump.fun's fee sharing to the strategy's on-chain vault, and a worker uses that budget to buy graded trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece and more) that match the strategy's public rules on Collector Crypt.
02No promises of value
Coins launched here are experimental and can go to zero. They are not shares, deposits or claims on the cards. Holding a coin only gives you raffle tickets under the rules of that strategy, if its policy is to raffle. Fair values shown are Collector Crypt's insured values, not appraisals or prices you can sell at.
03Raffles
A raffle winner is whatever the drand beacon, the published holder snapshot and the program's check produce. Only wallets can win; pools, curves, vaults and program accounts cannot. The card is sent from the vault straight to the winning wallet. Raffles may be illegal where you live; do not take part if they are.
04Fees
pump.fun charges its own trading fees and pays each coin's creator fee (0.30% of volume on the bonding curve, up to 0.95% on PumpSwap, set by pump.fun). A strategy's creator fees are split by pump.fun's fee sharing, locked at registration and never changeable: 20% to the platform (0% for the platform's own coin), up to 10% to the deployer if they chose so, the rest to the strategy vault.
05Custody and third parties
Cards are held by Collector Crypt in insured vaults and represented by NFTs held by each strategy's vault. Swaps use Jupiter. Solana, pump.fun, Collector Crypt, Jupiter and drand are independent of us and can fail, pause or change.
06Operator limits
The worker that buys and settles holds an executor key. The program caps what it can do: it can only release a strategy's SOL to that strategy's own buying wallet, up to a rolling 24-hour cap, and never while paused; it can record only genuine Collector Crypt cards held by the vault; and cards can leave a vault only to the holder a draw picked. The program is unaudited.
07Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, the transactions you sign, the coins you launch and the content (names, logos, descriptions) you publish. Do not use names or logos you have no right to. We may hide strategies from this website; we cannot change what is on-chain.
08No affiliation
Not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company, nor with pump.fun, Collector Crypt, Jupiter or drand. Pokémon names are used only to describe trading cards.
